What Is Inside HardRx

Two prescription medicines and one delivery decision. Nothing herbal, nothing proprietary, and nothing you cannot verify.

Sildenafil

Sildenafil

The quick component. Same medicine as Viagra, approved in 1998, and the reason a fifteen-minute start is realistic.

Tadalafil

Tadalafil

The patient component. Same medicine as Cialis, approved in 2003, and where the 36-hour window comes from.

Under The Tongue

Under The Tongue

Not an ingredient, but it decides the timing. Dissolving under the tongue skips your digestive system entirely.

Why these two

Between them, sildenafil and tadalafil account for an enormous share of the erectile dysfunction prescriptions written anywhere in the world. Neither is new, neither is experimental, and their side effects and interactions are documented about as thoroughly as any drug in circulation.

What is unusual is combining them in one tablet and delivering it under the tongue. That is the product. Everything else on these pages is ordinary pharmacology that you could look up yourself.

How this family of medicine works

Arousal releases a chemical messenger that opens the arteries feeding the penis. Blood arrives faster than it leaves, pressure builds, and the drainage veins are pinched shut. An enzyme called PDE5 clears that messenger away, which is how an erection ends.

Both medicines slow that enzyme down. The messenger lasts longer and the arousal you already have goes further. That is the entire mechanism, and it explains the two things men are most often caught out by: nothing happens without arousal, and neither drug increases desire.

What is not in it

No Tongkat Ali, no maca root, no horny goat weed, no L-arginine blend, no zinc, no vitamin B6 and no testosterone. Those turn up on supplement labels because they can be sold without a prescription, not because they do what a PDE5 inhibitor does.

Ingredient questions

Two: sildenafil and tadalafil. There is no herbal blend, no vitamin premix and nothing hormonal.

Sildenafil and tadalafil are each FDA-approved medicines. A compounded tablet combining them is prepared by a licensed pharmacy and is not itself an FDA-approved product. Both statements are accurate and we keep them apart rather than blurring them together.

Each covers the other's weak point. Sildenafil is quick but short. Tadalafil is long but slow to start. Together you stop having to pick.

Nothing sold without a prescription has evidence approaching this. Regulators regularly find undeclared prescription drugs inside supplements that claim otherwise, which is a serious hazard for anyone on nitrates who believes they bought a herbal product.

The physician who reviews your health form. Whatever they settle on is printed on the dispensing label in the box.

Safety information

Take only the dose you were prescribed and never more than one in 24 hours. HardRx is not suitable alongside nitrate medicine or with several heart conditions. Side effects are usually mild — headache, flushing, a blocked nose, feeling light-headed. Nothing here is medical advice; read the full safety page before you order.
