About This Site
What we are, what we are not, and how we make money.
What this site is
hardrx.us is an independently run site covering HardRx and the men's health questions that sit around it. We write the pages. We do not manufacture the medicine, we do not employ the physicians and we do not fill the prescriptions. When somebody buys after following a link from here, a commission may be paid to us. That is disclosed on every page it matters on, and it adds nothing to your price.
Read us with that in view
We hold a commercial interest in your purchase. Weigh what we publish accordingly, and weigh it against advice from someone who actually knows your medical history.
What we are not
Our role is explanation and introduction. We do not practise medicine and we are not a clinic. The prescribing decision belongs entirely to independently licensed U.S. doctors, and filling that prescription belongs to an accredited pharmacy.
The distinction is more than legal housekeeping. We cannot approve anyone, we have no wish to be able to, and a physician declining a request is the safeguard working rather than failing.
The standards we hold ourselves to
- Mechanism before marketing — if we cannot explain why something works, it does not go on the page
- No invented testimonials, and no review markup until there is something real behind it
- No borrowed press logos and no implied endorsements we cannot document
- Side effects and contraindications stated plainly rather than buried at the bottom
- Precision about FDA status: the ingredients are approved, the compounded combination is not, and we say both
- Corrections made openly when we get something wrong
Where the facts come from
Product specifics — the active ingredients, the sublingual format, pricing, shipping and the physician review process — come from the operator's own published material. General physiology and pharmacology come from standard clinical references. Where something is genuinely uncertain or varies between individuals, we say so instead of rounding it into a promise.
Credentials behind the service
| Credential | What it means |
|---|---|
| LegitScript certified | An independent certification granted only to healthcare merchants that pass a review of licensing, claims and business practice. |
| PCAB accredited pharmacy | The dispensing pharmacy holds Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board accreditation, which involves an on-site inspection rather than a paperwork exercise. |
| Independent U.S. physicians | Every health form is read by a doctor holding a current licence in the state the order comes from. |
| Dispensed domestically | Medication is prepared and posted inside the United States, in packaging that identifies nothing. |

Safety information
Take only the dose you were prescribed and never more than one in 24 hours. HardRx is not suitable alongside nitrate medicine or with several heart conditions. Side effects are usually mild — headache, flushing, a blocked nose, feeling light-headed. Nothing here is medical advice; read the full safety page before you order.
