Prescription status

HardRx cannot be obtained without a prescription, and whether one is written for you is decided by the licensed physician reviewing your health form on the merchant's platform. That physician may approve, adjust the strength, ask for more information, or decline. This website plays no part in that decision and has no way to influence it.

Nitrate medicines exclude this class of drug entirely — nitroglycerin in tablet, spray, patch or ointment form, isosorbide preparations, and recreational nitrites sold as poppers. Combined with a PDE5 inhibitor the fall in blood pressure can be severe and has proved fatal. Declare every medicine and supplement you take on the health form, including anything bought over a counter.

FDA status, stated precisely

Sildenafil and tadalafil have each been approved individually by the Food and Drug Administration. A compounded tablet combining them is prepared by a licensed pharmacy and does not itself hold FDA approval. Describing the ingredients as FDA-approved is accurate. Describing the finished combination that way would not be, and we do not.

Statements published here have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Difficulty with erections is frequently a signal of something else, cardiovascular disease and diabetes among the possibilities, and treating the signal leaves the underlying condition untouched.

Results differ

What one man experiences says very little about what another will. The cause of the difficulty, the state of his arteries, other medicines, alcohol, timing and what is happening in his life all change the outcome. No result is promised, implied or guaranteed anywhere on this site. Where we describe how a medicine is designed to behave, that is pharmacology, not a forecast about you.
